In the inspection lot assigned to this notification, the status "DEF"
(defects were recorded) could not be set. (This system status displays,
that a notification already exists for this inspection lot.)

If you want to record (additional) defects for this inspection lot, you
must do this in the notification, so that a second inspection lot is
