The new defect item(s) has(have) been assigned to a quality
notification that is already activated. An item is thus activated
automatically.

Respuesta del sistema

All defects for an inspection lot or operation are combined together
with the characteristics associated with this operation in a quality
notification. The quality notification is initially inactive, that is,
it is used merely to document the defects that have occurred.
After the notification has been activated, the defects must be
processed further as a quality notification.
