¿Qué causa este problema?

A defect is to be generated for characteristic &V1&. However, the
inspection lot for this characteristic does not yet exist on the
database.

Respuesta del sistema

For technical reasons, it is not possible to generate an automatic
defect record. The relevant characteristic with the confirmation number
&V3& retains the status "In Process".

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Complete the characteristic &V1& in operation &V2& using the results
recording transaction. A defects record is automatically generated when
you do this.
