¿Qué causa este problema?

In sample determination, a value was determined for the sample size,
that exceeded the maximum value possible based on the numeric data type
(+2 billion; 2,147,483,647 to be exact).
This error occurs:
If the inspection lot has a lot size that is greater
If a 100% inspection is defined in the sampling procedure for a
characteristic or an inspection procedure
If a sample percentage rate was entered for a characteristic in the
sampling procedure or for an inspection type in the material master
Or
If in sample determination an acceptance number was determined using
the accepted percentage rate that exceeds the maximum value possible
based on the numeric data type.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

For the current inspection lot
Change the assigned sampling procedure or assign a different sampling
procedure to the characteristic or characteristics in the task list, so
that no value greater than the maximum possible (see above) is
calculated at sample determination.
If you defined a 100% inspection for the inspection type in the
material master, you cancel this setting and use a manual sample or a
sample percentage rate.
Then recalculate the sampling determination for the affected inspection
lot using transaction QA02 "Change inspection lot".
For future inspection lots:
If you need to inspect a 100% of the lot size as the sample size,
ensure that the lot size does not exceed the maximum value possible.
Make sure that the acceptance number determined using the assumed
percentage in percentage sampling procedures, does not exceed the
maximum value possible of 32,766.
Notes
Since the maximum print length of the fields for displaying the sample
size is limited to 8 characters, we recommend you make your settings,
so that no sample size greater than 99,999,999 is determined.
Also note, that the base quantity used in the sample determination can
be greater than the lot size as a result of conversion factors (for
example, if the sample quantity unit does not equal the base unit
measure).
