¿Qué causa este problema?

No <DS:GLOS.division>division</> has been assigned to material &v1& in
the material master record. However, this information is a prerequisite
for the automatic creation of individual QM orders.
Since <DS:GLOS.business_area>business areas</> are used in your company
code, the system needs the division from the material master record to
automatically determine the business area in the QM order.

Assign a division in the material master record.
The division field can be changed on the accounting view, for example.

be assigned to the current plant and division.
