¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to confirm activities for an inspection lot. However, no
operation could be found for which activities can be confirmed.
This could be for one of the following reasons:
No operations exist for the inspection lot (-> Plan).
The operations for the inspection lot are not relevant for confirmation
(-> operation control key).
The operations are not cost related (-> operation control key is not
relevant for costing).
In the operations, there is no work center available to which a cost
center and active activity types are assigned (-> operation).
