The system tried to create inspection types for material &v1&, even
though no Quality Management view has been created for this material.
(For example, IDocs may have been posted during the distribution of
inspection setup data).

Before you assign inspection types to the material, create a Quality
Management view for the material.
If the posting of the IDocs was interrupted, create the Quality
Management view for the material and post the IDoc again manually.
