You have generated process steps for the process using process template
XX before. Now you are generating process steps for the same process
using a different process stemplate YY.
As a result, for the process step templates that are assigned to process
template XX but not to process template YY, the corresponding process
steps become inconsistent. The system deletes these inconsistent process
steps.
