¿Qué causa este problema?

Structure information can be lost when a list is saved page-by-page.
Take, for example, the situation where a table is displayed in a list,
and the list is saved to the spool page-by-page in such a way that the
table header rows are not saved.
In this way the system cannot automatically recognize the structure of
the list.
