The system has tried to execute until &V3& the net calculation
processing for the net calculation unit identified by:

&V2&
A limit hard coded forbids to execute net calculation too far in the
future.

The current restriction by a due date rule leads to a net calculation
too far in the future, which is not supported. Background are business
and performance related aspects.
Correct the due date rule for net calculation in Customizing for
<LS>Public Sector Management</> under <LS>Social Services -> Basic
Settings -> <DS:SIMG.V_PSSC_PMNT_FAM>Maintain Payment Families</>.
</>Assign a due date rule leading to a shorter time frame.
You may check class CL_PSSC00_NET_CALC, method
CHECK_DATE_TOO_FAR_IN_FUTURE to derive the valid time frame. Please
avoid long lasting net calculations for the future.
