Method SET_STATUS_BILLING of the net calculation documents (NCD) buffer
class CL_PSSC00_BUFFER_NCD has been called with insufficient parameters.
The status of the NCD is missing in one of the entries in table
IT_NCD_BILLING_STATUS.
