scale.
The rating you specified is less than the minimum proficiency on the
scale.
You entered more digits after the decimal point than are allowed.
Syntax of the data entered is wrong (for example, you used a comma
instead of a decimal point).

The value is changed to the lowest or highest value on the scale, or,
if the syntax was incorrect, the entry is deleted.
