Define an appraisal model in the appraisals catalog.
You can edit the appraisals catalog by going into the appropriate
<ls>Current Settings</>, or in Customizing for Personnel Development.
If you do not have the authorization required for editing the
appraisals catlog, contact your system administrator.
For more information on the appraisals catalog, refer to the
Implementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel Development (step:
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOHP2OOAM>Edit Appraisals Catalog</>).
