The BOM of a configurable material cannot be exploded if no
configuration data exists. For example, the material was not configured
in the sales order or a technical problem exists where the system does
not recognize and pass on the configuration data to the BOM explosion.

The system plans the material again in classic MRP.

To avoid this situation in future where the material is planned twice,
you should check the configuration of the sales orders.
