objects &v2& and &v3& without specifying a change number. This is not
possible for the following reasons:
This relationship has already been maintained with change numbers.
The Customizing for type &v1& requires it to be maintained with change
numbers.

The system does not allow you to edit the relationship wthout a change
number.
