You have changed either the server configuration or the server
assignment in the spool system. As a result it may be necessary to
redirect existing output requests to other servers. This action cannot
be carried out at this time as a similar operation (manual or
automatic) has already been initiated.

Attempt to initiate this operation again later. If this remains
impossible for an extended period of time, check table TSPSV in lock
management. The entry space is used to lock the global actions.
