¿Qué causa este problema?

You have attempted to use both the 'organizational structure' and
'matchcode' access paths. However, you may enter only one access path
at a time. The system uses the access path that you entered first.

If you have called the report SUBMIT, only the 'matchcode' access path
is used. The entries for 'organizational structure' are ignored.
