¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to withdraw a material from kanban containers in a control
cycle. For this purpose, only kanban containers with status FULL or IN
USE can be used. The material quantity you want to withdraw exceeds the
quantity currently available.
If the material is physically available, the reason may be one of the
following:
A kanban container has not yet been set to status FULL although it is
already available.
The incorrect actual quantity (too small) was posted when setting the
kanban container to FULL.
Withdrawals have been posted (quantity signals) without material being
withdrawn.
