¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to switch from a strategy with manual kanbans to another
strategy or vice versa.
This is only possible if no kanbans exist in the control cycle for
which a goods receipt can be posted. If a goods receipt was posted
after the strategy is changed, this would lead to an error.

First, make sure that there are no kanbans in the control cycle for
which a goods receipt can be posted.
