the copy reference functional location in the appropriate field on the
<ZK>Preparation & Generation</> tab page.

The system raises the warning message in the application log after
executing the consistency check that indicates that the creation of a
new functional location is allowed despite the warning. If the user
makes an entry in the following fields, the information contained within
the fields is used to create a new functional location:
Description
Functional location number
Structure indicator
Functional location category

You can proceed with the creation of the new functional location, or you
can enter the copy reference object and then continue with the creation.
