¿Qué causa este problema?

Two entries with the same infotype &V3& and the same subtype &V4& exist
in table T582L <LS>Infotypes - Country-Specific Settings</>. One entry
is for country grouping &V1&, the other is for country grouping &V2&.
The statuses of both these entries are contradictory.

The first entry gives Switzerland (country grouping = 02) only the
authorization for infotype 0010 <LS>Capital Formation</>. The second
entry gives all countries except Germany (country grouping = 01) the
authorization for infotype 0010 <LS>Capital Formation</>. Therein lies
the inconsistency.
