Prerequisites for deleting a personnel number:
In order to be able to delete infotypes, you need to have write
authorization for every infotype for the personnel number.
If you only have read authorization for at least one of the infotypes
for the personnel number, you will only get a list of the existing
infotypes which will be displayed.
If read authorization is missing for at least one of the infotypes,
you will not be able to see a list of the infotypes.
