¿Qué causa este problema?

You have been editing the actual plan, but now you want to edit the
target plan again. For this purpose, you have reset the completed
target plan, i.e. you are back in status 'processing'.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

In the selected planning period, you can now edit the target plan in
'Shift Planning'. The actual plan is locked for further editing (in
this period) since the target plan is not yet completed.
