Shift planning cannot be carried out without a shift group.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You must assign the organizational unit a shift group. Do so by
maintaining infotype 1039 'Shift Group'. This infotype must be
maintained either for the organizational unit itself or for an
organizational unit superior to it.
