A program at the frontend, which should be started with the function
module 'WS_EXECUTE', cannot be started because it does not exist under
this name and path or cannot be executed.

As this error is not masked in the calling program, the transaction is
terminated.

Please ensure that the required programs are installed correctly on your
workstation. If necessary, add the appropriate paths to the environment
variables (e.g. PATH in Windows).
