organizational unit displayed here so that the value for "Full-Time
Equivalents to be Reduced" is reached.

If more full-time equivalents (FTEs) need to be reduced than is
possible by reducing the positions displayed here, it may be because
positions exist within this organizational structure that contain an
obsolete indicator for one point in time. This report does not propose
