You want to process the test results of a product.

The results are currently being processed by another user and are
locked (ENQUEUE lock).

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can only change the results if they are no longer being processed.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

if the ENQUEUE lock has got caught in lock management because of a
mode termination or as a result of serious problems, and if the object
is no longer being processed by someone, you can use transaction
SM12 for this product to remove the lock. This lock removal will be
logged.
