¿Qué causa este problema?

The position (maintained in Organizational Management) on which the
vacancy is based only exists until the date indicated. However, the
start date of the applicant's vacancy assignment occurs after this
date. An assignment is not possible in this case.

Respuesta del sistema

Enter a date for the applicant's vacancy assignment that lies before
the end date of the position. If the applicant data does not exist
until after the end date of the position, no assignment is possible.
