<(>&<)>3 <(>&<)>4 exists for the purchase order. You can't cancel the
freight settlement document because the invoice is in a status of <LS>On
Hold </>or <LS>Invoice Parked</>.

document.
You can use transaction <AB>MIR6</> with option 'Transportation
