You tried to freeze the interface of a method. A system occurred while
the interface structure was being frozen. There a number of possible
causes:
the freeze table is locked by another user
the freeze table could not be locked
a database error occurred while entries were being made in the freeze
table
As a result of the error, the interface could not be completely frozen.
