When pegging items so that laytime and demurrage can be computed for
these together, the nomination should have a freight contract
assignment to the nomination header
PEGTYPE = Laytime Item (LI)
Only single line items can be pegged for this type
Line item to be pegged for this type should have a freight contract
assignment
