¿Qué causa este problema?

Exactly one nomination line item has to be selected for pipeline batch
date and time redetermination.
Note, that this has to be a real scheduled nomination line item (with
an existing item number) and not a pipeline batch proposed dummy
nomination line item.
Also, the selected item must belong to the currently selected header
nomination.
