¿Qué causa este problema?

No transport system has been specified for the nomination.
This might be acceptable for a 'book' nomination which does not involve
any physical material movement.
However for a nomination which involves physical movements the
transport system is important for derivation of intransit plant/storage
location, carrier, shipper and other relevant information for the
movement.
