¿Qué causa este problema?

For despatch and demurrage calculation conditions records are read for
a certain date. The routine to determine the date is defined in the
freight contract. No date was determined using the routine or no
routine is defined. In this case the date of the day the calculation is
performed is used to determine the condition value.
