¿Qué causa este problema?

You have attempted to create a new meter, but the new meter has one or
more periods that overlap that of an already-existing meter, which has
the sequence number &V1&.
Alternatively: you tried to delete a meter with seqence number &V1&.
The already-existing meter already has meter readings within the
overlapping period; thus, that meter cannot be closed automatically,
and it also cannot be deleted. The most recent meter reading for the
meter exists for &V2& &V3&.
