The job data is incomplete or incorrect, or a lock is preventing the
execution of the job.

The system cannot execute the agents and terminates processing.

Check the entries you have made for completeness and restart the
execution of the agent. If this is unsuccessful, contact your system
administrator.

set the <DS:DE.OAF_AGENT_SUPPRESS_ENQUEUE>Suppress Locks</> indicator
