¿Qué causa este problema?

The entry that you have tried to delete cannot be deleted. This may be
due to an internal index error. The partner role assignment is a
'virtual' entry as it has just been created and is not yet written to
the database.

Entry is not deleted.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

As the entry is a virtual entry, i.e. it exists in your transaction but
updated. Then, in change mode you could re-access the entry, and try
to delete it again.
In either case, you should contact your system administrator and ask
them to investigate the original error.
