¿Qué causa este problema?

The "regular" evergreen type requires '3' as the quantity schedule
split indicator. '3' assigns the entire contract item quantity to every
period.
The QS breakdown indicator defines the period, therefore '*' (no
breakdown) is not allowed when you use regular evergreens.
