The exchange agreement is closed if the exchange status is set to
'closed' or 'to be archived', or if the closing date is in the past.

customizable message within exchange agreement maintenance.

If necessary, you can set the exchange status back to 'open' or change
the closing date to make the exchange agreement changeable.
For requirements to set the customizing setting within exchange
agreement maintenance, contact your system administrator.
