You want to create an item for trading contract &V1& by referencing
item &V2& of trading contracts &V3&. When the item is created, an
association between the two items is to be created.

follow-on items with open quantities, even though the item still
contains an open quantity. The reason for this is that the follow-on
items with open quantities belong to business process steps that are
not assigned to business process step &V4& of trading contract &V1& as
business process steps that can be associated.
Creation with reference is terminated.
