¿Qué causa este problema?

The allocation table item category is missing in global memory.

Respuesta del sistema

The plant status is set depending on the item category of the
allocation table item that the plant belongs to. The item category
must therefore be known.
The item category is only known if plant processing was called
after processing the allocation table item.
