The period has not been defined as required.

Analysis in the Retail Information System is carried out on a period
basis - i.e. the period has to be defined FROM - TO.
The period is analysed including the FROM date and the TO date. The
selection options for the period must therefore be within a range and
defined as being inclusive.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Change the selection options for the period to a range and define them
as being inclusive.
