¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to assign a component list to material &V1&, or maintain an
existing component list. This is not permitted, because the
<DS:DE.MSTAE>material status</> &V2& that is assigned to the material
prohibits any usage in the <DS:DE.DSTLK>BOM header</>.
