¿Qué causa este problema?

A consignment material can only be procured with reference to the
firm's own, inventory-managed material because the manufacturer part
number management functionality for goods issues has not yet been
realized.

Create the consignment info record for the firm's own material.
If a profile that only allows info records for the

assigned to the firm's own material, check the settings for the
<DS:GLOS.352A558F88E65CD5E10000009B38F974>manufacturer part profile</>
in Customizing for Purchasing and change them if necessary.
