¿Qué causa este problema?

The favorites functions have been significantly enhanced since the last
release. Therefore, if you have upgraded to 1909 FPS000 from a previous
release, you first have to run the conversion report
MPE_RTG_CONV_CLIPBRD. This report upgrades existing favorites folders
and templates so that they can be used again in the 1909 release.

If you try to launch the favorites workspace before running the report,
the system displays this message instructing you to run the report.

Run the conversion report MPE_RTG_CONV_CLIPBRD in transaction SE38 and
upgrade your folders and templates.
