¿Qué causa este problema?

A program run with the name &V1& already exists. This means that a
program run was started but not completed that is to say, not all
rebate arrangements were processed). Run &V1& contains the already
processed arrangements.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You have two options:
Reprocess all rebate arrangements (i.e. the already determined data is
lost)
Acknowledge the warning message.
Adopt the already processed arrangements and process the ones that are
still missing.
Remove the <LS>New run</> indicator and enter the name &V1&.
