¿Qué causa este problema?

The data record with the external identifier &V1&, data record &V3& of
the external data file, is faulty.

The system will not allow the transfer of the data record.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Refer to the error list for external data record &V3&. Remedy the
sources of the errors.
If necessary, correct the external data file or the Customizing
settings.
If you have updated the actual data (version '000'), you should cancel
the update. Then restart the transfer program.
The relevant rebate arrangement has the number &V4&. The condition type
is &V2&.
