<GL:arrangement>Rebate arrangement</> &V4& belonging to
<GL:arrangement_type>arrangement type</> &V1& cannot be extended
because:

rebate arrangement &V4& has the <GL:settlement_calendar>settlement
calendar</> (&V3&), but no settlement calendar has been maintained for
arrangement type &V1&
arrangement type &V1& has the settlement calendar (&V2&), but rebate
arrangement &V4& has not been assigned a settlement calendar.
To enable the rebate arrangement to be extended, it would be necessary
to switch from "arrangement requiring periodic partial settlement" to
"arrangement requiring once-only settlement" (or vice versa). However,
there is no point in this.
