¿Qué causa este problema?

No settlement documents that can be cancelled exist for this condition
record.
This may be due to one of the following reasons:

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

Settlement accounting has not yet been carried out for the condition
record (that is, no settlement documents exist)
the existing settlement documents have already been cancelled.
In some cases (for example, no business volume data, no rebate income),
a condition record can also be marked as "inactive" (settled) in the
absence of settlement documents.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether any existing settlement documents have been cancelled.
If no settlement documents exist, you can reset the status to "active"
using the function <LS>Reset status of condition record</>. This will
permit settlement accounting to be carried out again. You will find the
function in all list reports.
