¿Qué causa este problema?

The income for the condition record is not known or cannot be
determined by the program.
As a rule, this is due to an error having occurred in the determination
of the scale and condition basis or the income in a preceding workstep
(e.g. settlement accounting).

Respuesta del sistema

Since the scale and condition basis and the income must be known before
the function you requested can be performed, this function is not
possible.
